What types of materials do you use?

All of our Necklaces & Bracelets are made with real crystals, stones, jades, et cetera on nylon thread. We do not use glass beads. Bracelets, however, are made with elastic to ensure a perfect fit and long life span will depend on your use and wear and tear.

What if you don't have the color/stone I want?

That's an easy one. Contact us. Let us know what you are looking for.

Can I place a custom Order?

Sure thing! :) We truly enjoy making custom bracelets since this adds the personal touch that some of our customers are looking for. After creating your bracelet, we will send you a picture before it's being shipped, so you can decide if you love the design or if there is any further modification required from your side! We would only need to know the kind of beads, style, and design you would like us to create, and you can certainly arrange that with us by sending an email to

Do you have any physical store?

Unfortunately, we do not have any physical stores, agents or outlets yet. It is very easy and safe to order our products online though! Just let us ( know if you need any assistance.

How should I take care of the bracelet?

We do not advise our customers to go into the shower with the bracelet. If you wash your hands, please be careful with soap on the bracelet. It can chemically react to the silver/gold plated pieces. Nothing will happen if you take it on and off every day. Also, nothing will happen if it's in touch with water only! If you have  Silver/Gold  plated pieces in your bracelet, you can clean that from time to time with our Cleaning Cloth we provide you.

I would like to know the status of my order

When your order is ready for shipment, you will receive an email with the track and trace code. If you didn't receive a track and trace code, it is possible the email ended up in the spam folder. If this is also not the case, please send an email to so we can track your order for you and give you all the details regarding its status

I would need to resize my bracelet

Of course, we understand that it can be a little tricky getting the size right the first time. However, we would love to resize it for you. Please send an email to for proper assistance on this matter. We will guide you with the steps to follow!

I would like an exchange.

Exchanging bracelets is possible. However, the bracelet must not show any signs of usage. The fastest way of making the exchange is to return the bracelet that you currently have. As soon as it arrives here, we will issue a full refund (minus $10 restocking fee). In the meantime, you can purchase the bracelet you like :) Please send an email to for proper assistance.
